I. Love. Vacations. Seriously, long weekends rock my socks.
We had a great Fourth of July. We went hiking with a bunch of people from church, had a barbecue with Nick and Hanna, and ended with a bike ride to the Heights to watch fireworks.
Then, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we went backpacking. I have never been before; other than the lack of showers, toilets, and blankets in the forest, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'm pretty sure I hiked more last week than any other week in my life.
I think I'd really like to go again soon!
