Cat door

In an attempt to get the cat litter box OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF THE HALLWAY we put a cat door in the kitchen so Little Lord Burlington can go downstairs to do his business. It's not working though. He can't figure out how to open the door.

As you can see, I'm going to have to touch-up the chalkboard paint. Kids, this is what happens when you don't sand your surface prior to painting.
